I started painting a few years ago and quickly realized I wasn’t interested in abstract or decorative work.

I wanted to create pieces that meant something—places people had been, faces that carried energy, and subjects that made you feel something the moment you saw them.

My work focuses on presence—capturing something real enough that it stays with you.
